Having problems recieving email?

Because spam filters sometimes filter legitimate email, it is highly recommended that you add the Sweet-Lilya domain emails (members@sweet-lilya.com, webmaster@sweet-lilya.com, security@sweet-lilya.com) to your Address Book or your Safe Senders list. This will ensure that our support email always reaches you.

Hotmail:

Options > Junk Email Protection > Choose Safe List > Type "Sweet-Lilya.com" > click Add

Yahoo! Mail:

Inbox > click Addresses tab > click Add Contact at upper left > enter email address > click Save.

If you have an e-mail message from Sweet-Lilya, from that message you can also: Click Add to Address Book in the From field of the header > Click Save Contact.

Gmail:

Click Contacts in the navigation area on the left > Click Create Contact in the blue bar at the top > Enter email address > click Save.

If you have an e-mail message from Sweet-Lilya, from that message you can also: Click More options in the header > Click Add Sender to Contact List.

AOL:

Mail Options > Address Book > Click Add Contact > Enter Email Address

Microsoft Outlook:

Actions > Junk Email > Junk Email Options > Safe Senders Tab > click Add

Microsoft Outlook Express:

Tools > Address Book > New > New Contact > Enter email address > click OK.

All other ISP email programs:

Add the following addresses to any address books or safe lists with your email service provider: members@sweet-lilya.com, webmaster@sweet-lilya.com, security@sweet-lilya.com
