To cancel your membership

Choose your billing processor below. You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the support link to the billing company you signed up with, and then following the instructions on their site.

After the subscription has been cancelled, you will still have access to the member's area of the site for the rest of the paid for period.

1) Usernames and Passwords are cAseSeNsitTive.

To avoid errors when logging in, copy and paste your Username and Password directly from your subscription notification email. If you're having trouble with your login details, please check your subscription receipt to ensure you're entering them both correctly.

2) Enable Cookies on your web browser.

Your browser's password handler won't be able to remember your login details without this feature enabled. Follow the instructions below according to your preferred browser type:

Firefox (1.0 and later):

Tools > Options > Privacy > check box "Accept cookies from sites" > click OK

Internet Explorer (6.0 and later):

Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > under "Settings", click "Default" button or manually move slider to Medium setting.

Netscape Navigator 9:

Tools > Options > Privacy > check box "Accept cookies from sites" > click OK

Security Issues

Sweet-Lilya.com is protected against hacking and password trading.
We use the latest in security monitoring software. Do not share or trade your login information with anyone! Sharing it will cause the system to block your access in a matter of minutes. To protect the site from hacking programs, multiple failed login attempts will result in a system lockout.

Most common reasons logins are disabled:

1) Too many incorrect login attempts in a short period of time.

2) Multiple IP's were detected from the same Username and Password.

3) Multiple countries were associated with the same Username and Password.

4) Subscription has expired.

5) Spidering or "Leeching" attempt detected. There are safeguards in place to prevent leeching the entire site in a short amount of time. This practice will affect server performance for other users of the site.
